"Opening Time" hast he following description:

We would like to attend to the issues of time and temporality in contemporary art, culture, and everyday life by offering an afternoon of curated activities that revolve around the collective slow experience. We will use the Theater as a space to facilitate transformation and restoration through connection and aesthetic experience, and host conversations that address our systems of support and consolation at individual, community, and global levels.

REPORT
OPENING TIME – PERFORMANCE SITUATION ROOM
September 7th 2019 at MDT

With the Platform offered by Performance Situation Room we hosted a gathering of colleagues, practitioners and interested public to participate in activities and conversations related to our performance  S l o w D a n c e  which played at MDT Theater the week prior. During the event we shared some of the practices, ideas and conversations connected to the work. This gave us the opportunity to discuss and share our work and research with the local arts community. And it gave the arts community a chance to engage more thoroughly with the ideas around our work. Together we traced links to other projects and initiatives related to our work and research topics.
