Prix Jardin d'Europe Screening Budapest

Dear Dance Lovers, Colleagues, Friends and Everyone Interested!

As we have already informed you Workshop Foundation has started the continuation of Jardin d’Europe, called LLB (Life Long Burning). The main coordinator of the new 5-year-long project is DanceWEB in Vienna. The team of DanceWEB is responsible for the 8:tension programme of ImPulsTanz, in which progressive contemporary dance pieces are selected also from the international coproduction projects of LLB

The winner of the Prix Jardin d’Europe is selected by an international jury from the programme. The winner will get an EUR 10.000 award, a two-week residency in Vienna and an artwork by the Bulgarian artists Maximilian Pramatarov and Alexandar Peev.

Additionally, an audience prize will also be awarded fro the first time. You can also vote for the audience prize at www.lifelongburning.eu from 8 August and noon 11 August.

Hungarian implications award: Gergely Talló is the member of the 8:tension Festival jury for the second time this year. In 2010 the piece BLOOM! dance collective won a 3-week residency in Brussels as one of the winners of Prix Jardin d’Europe.
