The premiere and second performances were held on October 15 and 16, 2015 at Pogon Jedinstvo
Promotion via social networks and website: tala.hr brought in the audience; around 250 people came to see the performances.

The theatrical and scene process is in its nature experimental as it actively re-examines over and over again in what way this kind of approach to one’s own medium and distribution within the performance space influences the perception of the viewer and of all the participants.
Also, having in mind the topical element of the performance, which concerned displacement, we came up with the idea that the performance be humanitarian, and instead of paying for tickets for the show, the viewers were given an opportunity to donate for refugees passing through the territory of the Republic of Croatia and neighboring countries at that time. We organized this segment together with the organization “Are you Syrious?” that collected donations and distributed them to refugees and reception points where most needed.

Reactions to the authors’ artwork were predominantly positive. Through its open format the performance easily communicated with the audience. It was a hybrid of genres and methods that worked at several levels. The blend of music and dance in an experimental form managed to take the initial idea of the performance one step beyond a mere synthesis of choreographic materials and audio improvisations very much thanks to the sensibility of the authors and their open artistic conversation and communication. “The Displaced” was a meeting place for artists whose work in the performance actively displace the usual methods of cooperation with the purpose of working together to create a space where most elements are shifted, displaced or replaced. The theatrical and scene process is experimental in its nature and it actively re-examines over and over again in what way such approach to one’s own medium and thought on the performance space affects the perception of the viewers and all of the participants.

The artists who participated in the performance included Tamara Curić, Larisa Navojec and Aleksandra Janeva Imfeld, in cooperation with Zrinka Užbinec, and they jointly sign the choreography and performance. The original scene music was performed by Marin Živković, Vedran Peternel, Igor Pavlica and Hrwo E. The costume designer for the performance was je Silvio Vujičić.  Technician at the performance was Tomislav Božić.

The performance was realized with selfless support of the volunteers from the Dance Center Tala, and the Pogon Jedinstvo from Zagreb. The performance was a coproduction between the Dance Center Tala, dance artist Aleksandra Jeneva Imfeld, visual studio the No Problem Production from Belgrade, and the Pogon Jedinstvo from Zagreb.
