Workshop Foundation pursues a long time to involve an external ’eye’in the creation process.

The experiences shows the right direction, however this field, the mentoring and issues of a mentor/master, the opportunities, tasks and responsibilities in artistic coaching are not cleared, it needs more and effective developement. Regarding these points, WSF invited Jean Gaudin (FR), artist and professional expert with thirty years of creative experience and five years of artistic coaching. Jean Gaudin worked for 5 days with three Hungarian artists, and participated in a professional discussion about artistic coaching. He worked with Rita Góbi concerning her new, upcoming solo performance, and as a coach he was involved in the co-production of Nóra Horváth and Jenna Jalonen (FN).
