”Solatium is a stage work inspired by the Belgium post-metal band Amenra. The four young dancers on stage perform an extremely physical interpretation of screaming bodies, endless falling, repetitive patterns of loss and memory in order to find and transmit consolation. Consolation for very personal matters such as sickness, loss of friends and family members or an empathic relation regarding the pain of others.” Thomas Steyaert
