Co-production "“BEAT I just wish to feel you” by Collective Dope: Nóra Horváth - Jenna Jalonen

The collective of Collective Dope - Nóra Horváth and Jenna Jalonen (FN) - was working on the piece of "BEAT I just wish to feel you". During the creation period Jenna Jalonen with her partner, Jonas Garrido Verwerft (BE) and Nóra Horváth with her partner, Gábor Ivanov worked on their duos, from a different point of view, they share their common language of motion and their common dance technique, based on the street dance, "martial art" and hip-hop elements. Jenna and Jones used the difficulties of the dead body as physical object which influences movement. Nóra and Gábor seeked for the relations and connection points between the hip-hop and R’n’B subculture, and the rythm, elements and movements of Hungarian folkdance. Both of the two duos and the upcoming permance can gain great attention and success because of its freshness, humour and easiy orientation for the younger generations. Adrian Newgent (NL) and Áron Porteleki will work with live music in the upcoming coproduction.
