Co-production "Agon" by Florentina Holzinger

Agon is Florentina Holzinger’s long-standing solo-project, which has been delayed due to an accident. It is the product of a long time of waiting and deals with physical healing and artistic data recovery. Now, female coaches on stage support Florentina in making art that’s healing. And in becoming a warrior in the struggle for new images and self-images against oppressive attributions. Her reference to Balanchine’s and Strawinsky’s great work of Modernism, Agon from 1957, is not accidental. Here, too, it is a battle about falling, falling and getting up again, about the right balance, a spirit of courage and finding new tunes.
