Co-production "Affordable Living For Better Solution" by Théo Mercier & Steven Michel

This playful dance performance takes the body as an Ikea kit, and the assembly instructions as dance notation. The dancer and the furniture kit are both exposed to the same industrial constraints: profitability, durability, and response to demand. Affordable solution for better living thus examines the issues of standardized bodies, fixed paths, and the illusions of freedom disseminated by corporate powers.
